Shipping and return

Shipping - Delivery and payment

Delivery Methods:

We offer 1 delivery option outside of Norway, International shipping.
Price of delivery is set based on where you live and the size of your order.
By default, we choose the most affordable freight option.

Payment methods: Klarna

Payment by card: Master card and Visa

When using a card, you are asked to enter a 3 digit code. The code is on the back of the card.

Package tracking

When the package is sent you can track where it is located. By entering the mobile phone number, the retrieval message will be sent to you by SMS instead of per. mail.

The package can be traced by entering "my orders" on my page.

Post office

You pick your own pick-up point. You can choose the nearest convenience store or other suitable pick-up point.

For all delivery methods:

If you order before 12 noon, the item will be packed / shipped to you by the end of the next business day. (Monday to Friday)

Damage to return / return:

If you notice damage to the item upon delivery, please do the following:

1. Take a picture of a damaged item.

2. Send picture of damaged item to email: kundeservice@erlandcare.no

We will then send you a new item in the mail.

If you want to return an item, do the following:

1. Fill out the right of withdrawal form attached to the shipment or available on this site here.

2. Send the shipment to Erland AS, Løkkeveien 111, 4007 Stavanger, Norway
